What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in time is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is until 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.

Do you allow pets?

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed on the property to maintain cleanliness and comfort for all guests.

How far is the villa/hotel from the beach/airport/city center?

Our villas and studio rooms are located about 5 minutes from the beach, 45 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from the city center except for Villa Asmara, which is 3 minutes from the beach, 2 hours from the airport and 15 minutes from the city center.

Do you offer airport transfers?

Yes, we offer airport transfer services for an additional fee. Please contact us in advance to arrange your pickup.

Is there free Wi-Fi available?

Yes, we provide high-speed Wi-Fi access in all rooms and common areas, free of charge.

Is there on-site parking available?

Yes, free private parking is available for all our guests in all villas except for studio rooms, which are for motorcycles only.

Is breakfast included in the room rate?

Yes, a complimentary continental breakfast is included, but only for villa bookings. We also offer American and Indonesian breakfasts, but at an additional cost.

However breakfast is not included for studio rooms.

Do you have a pool?

Yes, we have a private pool for each villa and a shared pool for studio room.

Do you provide daily housekeeping?

Yes, daily housekeeping is included in all our properties to ensure your comfort.

Are children allowed at the property?

Yes, children of all ages are welcome at the villa booking. Extra beds, baby cots & baby chairs can be provided upon request (subject to availability).

However we do not allow children in our studio room.​​

What is your cancellation policy?

Our standard cancellation policy is free cancellation up to 7 days for studio room and 60 days for villas before arrival.

Cancellations made within 7 days or no-shows will be charged the full amount.

​Non-refundable rates cannot be canceled or modified.​

How do I make a reservation?

You can book directly through our website, by email, or via third-party platforms like Booking.com, Agoda, or Airbnb.
